Thoroughly recommend maid Marion's Cleaning Services. Have had a lovely lady called Sue come to me every 2 weeks for the last 3 + years. Unfortunately, finances have been the reason I've had to stop, but I will miss the friendship that sue and I had built, and miss how lovely my bathroom and kitchen looked when she had been.

I have worked for marion now for over a year, my experience as being one of her employees has been more like working for a family, she not only appreciates and values her staff, she treats us like family and always puts us and the business before her own needs.
I can say from the bottom of my heart its the most friendly,welcoming and best environment i have ever had the pleasure of working in.

I have been happily working with Maid Marion's Cleaning Services for over 6 months now having returned to the company and it remains a lovely company work for. The staff are all friendly, supportive and approachable . Marion,in particular, is very appreciative of the work we do. We have a thorough recruitment process which sets out cleaning schedules, health and safety and HR requirements to enable working in an efficient and professional manner. All staff have a uniform and the products, equipment are provided to use in our work within a variety of settings. I believe all staff take pride in the work we do. There is always plenty of work opportunities available and continue to have a good client base which I think is due to the combination of a great service being offered and the sentiment of Maid Marions being we put the heart into your cleaning. I asked Maid Marion's Cleaning Services to conduct a deep clean immediately prior to the completion of the sale of my parents home. It was an extremely difficult time for me as I was closing the door on what had been a wonderful family home for 35 years. I was very impressed by the empathy displayed by Maid Marion and her employees..... they were all so very kind to me and upbeat in their approach which helped so much to lift my mood. As a company. They aren't great at communication, never provide staff with the materials needed for the job (bin bags and mop heads). These are minor issues I experienced working for them.

2 and a half years after you leave the company, when you need a reference they never give you one. Even though you call every day, the receptionists can only say, I'll pass it on. Either they didn't or the bosses ignored the pleas.
Which ultimately causes you to be jobless for 2 months.

A couple of years in now and pleased to say I'm very happy with the quality and service they provide. Marion came out to do the initial survey of the property, we agreed a price and that was that.
