Unfortunately I can’t recommend Maid Marion’s. For £32 per hour per cleaner, I’d expect a job atleast as decent as the local cleaners who charge half that price! Things kept being missed, crumbs on the floor, areas overlooked, bathrooms with smears….etc. It was inexcusable.Gave them a chance to rectify and they still failed to deliver. Attention to detail is a problem for this company and the cleaning isn’t done with a level of care. The ladies who came to clean were professional and friendly enough, but just not upto scratch.I’ve since contracted a cleaner at a fraction of the cost who does an excellent job of cleaning our house, listens to feedback and actually improves where needed. Something Maid Marion are unable to do, and quite frankly at a premium price-point should not need!
Thoroughly recommend maid Marion's Cleaning Services. Have had a lovely lady called Sue come to me every 2 weeks for the last 3 + years. Unfortunately, finances have been the reason I've had to stop, but I will miss the friendship that sue and I had built, and miss how lovely my bathroom and kitchen looked when she had been.

We have a thorough recruitment process which sets out cleaning schedules, health and safety and HR requirements to enable working in an efficient and professional manner. All staff have a uniform and the products, equipment are provided to use in our work within a variety of settings. I believe all staff take pride in the work we do. As a company. They aren't great at communication, never provide staff with the materials needed for the job (bin bags and mop heads). These are minor issues I experienced working for them.2 and a half years after you leave the company, when you need a reference they never give you one. Even though you call every day, the receptionists can only say, I'll pass it on. Either they didn't or the bosses ignored the pleas.Which ultimately causes you to be jobless for 2 months.Thank youMaid Marion's.
