Meet Marion Munn: The Heart and Visionary Behind Maid Marion's Cleaning Services
Our motto reflects our promise to you – we will always focus on ‘putting our heart into your cleaning’. Since we started our mission to make homes and businesses gleam back in 2004, we have worked with a wide range of both domestic and commercial clients. Thanks to glowing word-of-mouth referrals and wholehearted recommendations, our business has gone from strength to strength. We are proud that half of our bookings are the direct result of our happy customers talking about us.
The business was started by Marion Munn, who has more than 40 years of cleaning experience having worked within a supervisor role for prestigious commercial clients in London including The Freemason and Natwest Tower and has been running her own cleaning business for 20 years. She runs the company with the principle of professionalism at its core. Our staff members are committed to providing an efficient service and are uniformed, and insured. All Maid Marion’s cleaning staff undergo reference checks and complete police checks where necessary.

I am a marketing specialist with various qualifications and over 20 years experience in both private and public sector. As part of my role I manage and oversee the development of the website, social media, events and business support.

I have worked for Maid Marion’s for almost 4 years, I deal with HR, Recruitment & Health & Safety & cover clean from time to time. I am a qualified recruitment consultant with a strong proven background. I enjoy working for an amazing team of ladies and love the variety of the role and the relationships we have built over the years together.
Sam Munn
Accounts & Finance
I joined Maid Marions Cleaning services in 2019 assisting with admin, alongside cleaning as this fit in well around my children and family life. After a couple of years, I was promoted to the position of Finance and Payroll Assistant. Part of this role includes, handling general enquiries and queries from both customers and colleagues, managing the purchase, and sales ledgers for the business and working alongside the accountant to prepare the company payroll each month. I really enjoy my role and working with such a lovely team.
Jo Miles
Cleaning Supervisor
I joined Maid Marions Cleaning Services in 2016 on a maternity cover and after 6 months an evening office clean closer to home became available which I took on. Then in 2021 an opportunity arose for a cleaning supervisor role which I successfully apply for. As part of my role, I am responsible for organising cleansing schedules and manging and overseeing quality control of our amazing cleaning team. I really enjoy my role and the great team I work with.
Our Coverage

DOMESTIC CLEANING BUSINESS NETWORK
Maid Marion’s Cleaning Services is a member of the DCBN. For many years, the industry has been portrayed as unregulated and unprofessional and the Domestic Cleaning Business Network has fought hard to change that. Every one of our members not only has to prove that they are registered with HMRC, but they also have to provide proof of insurance and have undertaken a basic level of professional cleaning training.
Our goal is to continue to help the industry be seen as professional and to improve the standards within the industry as a whole.
